This place was awesome! I haven’t had an eye exam in years and my wife convinced me I needed to go because of familial eye concerns. The office is very modern looking and has a good selection of glasses. The doctor was very thorough, polite, and professional. This is not a big corporate but instead a small business that clearly focused on helping patients.

This eye doctor and her staff made my appointment so easy. I found them to be very polite and extremely through. Dr. Vo explained the condition of my eyes and gave me an idea of what to consider in the next 5 years. We also had a very deep conversation about my concerns. Marie and Crystal were very prepared to get me set up as a new patient, to discuss the insurance and benefits offering a wide variety of options. Thank you so much to the doctor and her staff. My first time visiting this office for an annual eye exam.  The staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Vo was nice, patient, informative and she was very thorough; explaining the test results and answering all of my questions.  The prices are reasonable too.  I highly recommend this office!

Had a 3:30 eye appointment for contacts and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and from there they were very attentive to my needs. Probably the best Customer service I've had in a long time. Both the doctor and the lady that does the initial exam and handles the insurance and paperwork were outstanding. I definitely recommend for your eye needs!

I recently took my two children, ages 10 and 6, to Texas State Optical Forney for their annual eye exams, and we had an exceptional experience from start to finish! The waiting room was bright and welcoming. The staff were warm and friendly, making my children feel right at home. Dr. Tam Vo was incredibly patient and gentle with both of them, taking the time to explain each step of the exam in a way they could understand. The whole experience was stress-free and enjoyable, and I can't recommend Texas State Optical Forney enough.

I have never had a better and more thorough eye exam before in my entire life seriously! Dr. Vo probably literally checked every corner of my eyes making sure there was no problem. I was thinking wow last time i had mine at a chain it was done in like 10 minutes just trying out lenses and some quick tests but here I was seen for like more than 30 minutes and the doctor also did an extraordinary job making sure my glasses prescription was clear and comfortable for me. She used some cool technologies to change lenses around to make it easier for me to distinguish and tell her which helps me see better. I am very happy with my visit. The front lady was also very nice and professional and made things easy for me when checking in. I hope everyone comes here to get their eyes checked because they have the best service. The office is brand new and things are clean with the best machines. Im glad I came here, definitely will come back!

Dr. Vo was extremely friendly and thorough. Although this is not my first time going to an optometrist, this is definitely the best experience. The office was clean and accommodating with free snacks and beverages (a plus if you have children). The front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. The check in process is quick and effortless. During the exam, Dr. Vo checked for things I didn’t even know optometrists would check for. She was thorough and informative. At the end of my visit, she also made sure all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend giving her an opportunity to be your provider of choice.
